About Me

Gitte Bushby: Danish,living in Scotland,three grown up children and three grandchildren. Trained as a nurse in DK, midwife and district nurse in Scotland. Now retired. started playing golf after retirement and practicing daily. Sailed across the Atlantic and in the Caribbean to the Bahamas with my husband, David in 2007. Sailed up the East Coast of the US in 2008 and returned across the Atlantic Ocean in 2009. We live in the small village of Comrie in Perthshire, Scotland. We like walking the hills which surrounds the village. We grow our own vegetables and David takes great pride in his beautiful lawn. During the winter months we take off and sail on our beautiful sailboat, Aros Mear. Our plans are to sail the Pacific next.
